Divide and simplify:
Remember, to divide fractions, copy the first fraction, flip the divide sign to multiply and flip (invert) the second fraction.
Now factor a 2 from the numerator of the first fraction:
Now cancel the (z-1)'s leaving you with:
Now factor the denominator of the first fraction (77) and the numerator of the second fraction (22z):
Cancel the 11's to leave you with:
Multiply.
...and there it is!
