3x/x^2-8x+12 and x+1/x-2 (those are actually a division bars)

1st: factor all the denominators
2nd: the LCM is the product of each of the different factors at their
highest power.

Your Problem:
Factors of the 1st denominator: (x-6)(x-2)
Factors of the 2nd denominator: (x-2)
LCM = (x-6)(x-2)
