three over 7 raised to the negative second power
(4/3)^-4
four over three raised to the negative fourth power
p(q^-2)(r^-3)
p (q raised to the negative second power) ( r raised to the negative third power)
please help me! this is part of a worksheet and my book doesn't give me any examples! thank you so much! =]
