Can you please help me with this problem?
y1= 1/x+2
y2= 1/x-2
y3= 1/x^2-4
the difference between 4 times y1 and 7 times y2 is the product of 11 and y3. Show equation and solve
---------------------------
EQUATION:
4y1-7y2=11y3
Substitute to get:
[4/(x+2) - 7/(x-2)] = 11/(y^2-4)
------------------
Multiply thru by y^2-4 to get
4(y-2) - 7(y+2) = 11
-3y-10 = 11
-3y = 21
y = -7
