Re-post, using parentheses to make it clear what each function is. There is no point in our trying to help you with this if we work with the wrong functions.

The functions as you show them, without parentheses:

1.f(x) 7/9x^2+16 -->
2.f(x) x+1/x+9 -->
3.g(x) x^2-5/4-x -->

I don't think those are what you want....
