3/5+2(1/x)=1
3/5+2/x=1
2/x=1-3/5
2/x=2/5 now cross multiply.
2x=10
x=5 answer.
proof

Let the number be x.
2/x + 3/5 = 1
10+3x=5x multiply each side by 5x to eliminate fractions.
5x-3x=3x-3x+10
2x=10
x=5
.
Check
2*1/5 + 3/5
=2/5 +3/5 = 1
.
