(3+X^2)/X ANSWER.
3)4X-3/(X-7)-2X+8/(X-7) IF THIS IS WHAT YOU MEAN. THEN
4X-2X+(-3+8)/(X-7)
2X+5/(X-7) ANSWER. OR
[2X(X-7)+5]/(X-7)
[2X^2-14X+5]/(X-7) ANSWER.
