Evaluate the expression and write in scientific notation.Round to the nearest fourth decimal if necessary

That person's answer is WRONG, AGAIN! It's NOT , so !

Put the original expression in a calculator, and compare that answer to his simplified expression, 

OR just look for his mistakes, which he's known to make a LOT of!
