Question 1156505: The formula for the future value of an annuity due involved the expression
Write this expression over a common denominator and factor the numerator to simplify.
I have this: (2+i)^n+1 -2-i/i and factored to: (2+i)[[2+i)^n -1]/i but this is not one of the answers offered for multiple choice.
a.(2+i)[(2+i)^n+1 -i]/i
b.(2+i)[(2+i)^n -i]/i
c.(2+i)^n -i/i
d.(2+i)^n -1/i
e.(2+i)[(2+i)^n+1 -1]/i
I put an extra space between the next variables as n+1 and n were exponents.

Hello, the starting formula in the post for future value of an annuity is written INCORRECTLY.
Therefore, there is NOTHING to discuss in this post.
The only issue to discuss here is how to fine you for submitting DEFECTIVE post (joke :)
