find the horizontal and verticle asymptotes for the function
g(x)=2x^2/3x^2-1
-------------------
Vertical asymptotes occur where the denominator is zero:
3x^2-1 = 0
x^2 = 1/3
x = [sqrt3]/3 or x= [-sqrt3]/3
--------------------
horizontal asymptote:
y = 2x^2/3x^2 = 2/3
