Answer by checkley71(8403) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A=1/2(b+B)
A=(b+B)/2 CROSS MULTIPLY.
2A=b+B SUBTRACT b FROM BOTH SIDES.
B=2A-b ANSWER.
Answer by solver91311(24713) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First multipy both sides by 2.
Now add -b to both sides.
Then, just to be neat and so the statement reads naturally, turn it around so that the B is on the left.
Done.
Hope this helps.
