The golfer wants to bank the ball off the side wall of the green at the point (x,y). Find the coordinates of the point (x,y). Then write an equation for the path of the ball.

We can't see the "screen" you mention, so we can only help you solve part of the problem. But since you can see the screen, you should be able to finish the problem.
The ball is at (2.5,2) and the hole at (9.5,2). Since the y values are the same, we know by symmetry that the x coordinate of the point we are looking for is halfway between 2.5 and 9.5, at x=6.
Then, since you apparently can see the screen, you should know what the required y value is....
