If 2-i is a zero, the 2+i must be one as well
factors are (x-2)(x-2+i)(x-2-i)
multiply the second and third
x^2-2x-ix-2x+4+2i+ix-2i-i^2, where i^2=-1
x^2-4x+5 is the other factor
polynomial is x^3-6x^2+13x-10
