with real coefficients and the following zeros.
3

,

1-i

the roots are 3, 1+i and 1-i, because complex roots come in conjugate pairs.
Therefore, the factors are (x-3)(x-(1+i)) and (x-(1-i))
(x-3)(x-i-1)(x+i-1)
(x-3)(x^2-2x+2)
=x^3-5x^2+8x-6
