b) if the organization has eight committees how much would each committee have?

if the budget is split evenly, then everybody gets the same amount, which would be 60,000 / 8 = 7,500.

the function would be m(n) = 60000 / n

when n = 8, t he function becomes m(8) = 60000 / 8 = 7500
