Look at the numbers: common factor of 9
Look at the powers of q: common factor of q^1
Look at the powers of p: commo factor of p^3

Total common factor = 9qp^3
----------------
Divide each term of the problem by 9qp^3 to get:
5q^3p^2 + 4p^3 + 9q
-------------
Therefore the factored form of the original expression is:
= 9qp^3(5q^3p^2 + 4p^3 + 9q)
