Answer by josgarithmetic(39616)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x)=(x+3)/(x-4)

Vertical asymptote at x=4. Branches of f go in different directions around this asymptote. Notice that for x extreme to left or to right, f approaches but never reaches 1.

Domain: Only EXCLUDED value is x=4.
Range: The only excluded value for f is at y=1.
