If 4i is a root of a polynomial with real coefficients, then so is its complex conjugate, which is -4i.
Then an example of a degree-3 polynomial with roots -3, 4i, and -4i is (x-3)(x-4i)(x+4i). Note that this is not the only such polynomial.
