First is difference of cubes. Take cube root of both terms and keep the sign. Second factor is square the first, change the sign, multiply the two together, and square the second. I will edit, because the first could just be subtracted to get -88x^3.
27x^3-125y^3=
(3x-5y)(9x^2+15xy+25y^2)
==============
x^2y+5xy+2x+10, rewriting, seeing the 2-10 and the 1-5 factors might be useful.
xy(x+5)+2(x+5)=
(xy+2)(x+5)
factor out what you can, and when both are multiplied by the same factor, they are added.
