{(x^2-36y^2)/(7x^2-42y)} times 1/x^2+6xy....in dividing a polynomial, the second term, that must be divided, must have its multiplicative inverse or the reciprocal.
factor the terms....
(x-6y)(x+6y)/{7(x^2-6y)}{x(x+6y)}
cancel like terms....
x-6y/7x^3-42xy
or
x-6y/7x(x^2-6y)
