(x/2 + 2/3)(2x/3 - 2/5)

Sorry, these are supposed to be fractions.

If you could let me know what your doing step by step, it would better help me

(x/2 + 2/3)(2x/3 - 2/5)
Use FOIL:
F: (x/2)(2x/3) = 2x^2/6 = x^2/3
O: (x/2)(-2/5) = -(1/5)x
I: (2/3)(2x/3) = (4/9)x
L: (2/3)(-2/5) = -4/15
-------------------------
Combine to get:
(1/3)x^2 + [(-1/5)+(4/9)]x - 4/15
= (1/3)x^2 -(11/45)x -(4/15)
=================
