3z=0 OR z-4 =0
z= 0 OR z=4
(0,4)

Solve: 3zē=12z
3zē=12z
3zē-12z = 0
3z(z-4) = 0 Divide both sides by 3 (and remember 0/3 = 0)
z(z-4) = 0 Now split this into 2 equations:
z = 0
or
z-4 = 0 Add 4 on both sides:
z = 4
There you have it, z=0 or z=4 {0,4}
