Question 1022208: find all the complex zeros. f(x)= 2x^4-x^3+7x^2-4x-4
P=+-1,+-2,+-7,+-4
Q=+-2
p/q=+-1,+-2,+-7

The coefficient 7 is not involved that way.

p, choose from: -1, -2, -4, 1, 2, 4

q, choose from : -1, -2, 1, 2

Possible roots p/q to check:
-1, -1/2, 1, 1/2, -2, 2, -4, 4
Those are for the possible RATIONAL real roots.

After finding your first two real rational roots, the next two will be possibly two complex roots. The formula for general solution of quadratic equation will be used for this.
