How do I factor (10x^2 + 23x + 12)
The sum of the factors of 12 is not 23x.
Apparently, you're trying to use the "ac" method.
It's the factors of 120, not 12 that are supposed to SUM to + 23x. These factors are + 15x and + 8x.
