Question 1005961: I am so confused on how to find the rest of the zeroes. All I am given is this:
x^4-6x^3+7x^2-6x+6 The given zero is i. I'm not sure where to go from there. I'm pretty sure the other zeroes are complex because I've already used other theorems looking for real zeroes.

Answer by KMST(5328)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If i is a zero, sp must be its conjugate: -i.
That means your polynomial can be divided by
x - I , x + I , and their product: x^2 + 1 .
Dividing by x^2 + 1 , you get x^2 - 6x + 6 ,
whose zeros are .
