Question 437331: I need help. I am trying to solve addition and subtraction of rational numbers problem. I have to have a common denominator and I am not sure if I am right but this is the problem: 1/x + x/2x+4 - 2/x(sq)+2x (sq=squared Not sure how to type that in) This is a fraction problem and I think I have the right common denominator but I am not positive. And if it is not the right one, then I need help figuring how to get the right one in order to solve it. My solution for the common denominator is 2x(x+2). If this is right, I am doing something wrong and I am not sure what it is. Please help! Thank you Click here to see answer by ankor@dixie-net.com(16524)
