2.The lengths of the sides of the first polygon are equal (as a group) to the lengths of the sides of the second.

It is similar rectangles with similar triangles attached.
There are 3 pairs of congruent sides (3 different side lengths), and
3 pairs of congruent angles (3 different angles measures).
Flipping one of the triangles, did the trick.
