Each interior angle of a regular is 120 more than each of the exterior angles. How many sides has it?
---------------------
Let each exterior angle be "x":
Then each interior angle is "x+120":
----
Equation:
x + x+120 = 180
2x = 60
x = 30 degrees
-----
Fact: The sum of all of the exterior angles is 360.
------
# of ext. angles is 360/30 = 12
---
Therefore # of sides is 12
