A. 36 degrees
B. 54 degrees
C. 72 degrees
D. 108 degrees
I tried to use [(180)(n-2)/n] to find the measure of an interior angle and i got 108 degrees. since i knew that the diagonal went through angle ACD so i tried to figure out how to determine it but i am at a loss.
thank you! Answer by ewatrrr(24785) (Show Source):
Hi,
Line segment AC is a diagonal of 'regular pentagon' ABCDE. What is the measure of angle ACD
Yes! [(180)(n-2)/n], the measure of each interior angle is 108 degrees
Note Editing: diagramming of the particulars/with explanation
∠B = 108° ΔABC Isoseles (∠BAC =∠ACB = 36°) ∠ ACD = 108°-36° = 72°
