Question 347241: What is the name of a figure that has 2 sides that measure 25 feet each and 2 sides that measure 10 feet each?

It has 4 sides, so it is a quadrilateral. But you don't say whether the sides are arranged in order going around the figure: 25, 25, 10, 10 or 25, 10, 25, 10. If the equal measure sides are opposite each other, then you can call it a parallelogram. You also don't say anything about the angle of the vertices. If each of the sides is perpendicular to each adjacent side, you can call it a rectangle.
