If "x" is the interior angle, 180-x is the exterior angle.
If "x+20" is the interior angle, 160-x is the exterior angle.

3(180-x)+5(160-x) = 360
540-3x+800-5x = 360
-8x+1340 = 360
-8x = -980
x = 122.5 degrees
