congruent because they are all 30-60-90 right triangles, and each has a
hypotenuse which is a side of the regular hexagon. If you are using
brackets to denote AREA, then you must either have

[AFP] = 20 and [ABC] = 40 

or

[AFP] = 12.5 and [ABC] = 25
  
but not

[AFP] = 20 and [ABC] = 25
