(1) Expand the expression on the right

2p=5pz+10qr

(2) Gather all the terms involving p -- and ONLY those terms -- on the left

2p-5pz=10qr

(3) Factor out the p

p(2-5z)=10qr

Divide to get p by itself

p=(10qr)/(2-5z)
