Then the length of the fencing is 11.5 m + 2 m + 2m = 15.5 m

and  the  width of the fencing is  5 m + 2m + 2m = 9 m.


Thus the perimeter is  15.5 + 9 + 15.5 + 9 =  49 meters.    ANSWER
