Question 1109369: rectangle CSAM is congruent to rectangle DEFG. Find FG if AM=30cm and the perimeter of rectangle CSAM and rectangle DEFG are 56cm and 70cm respectively
Answer by KMST(5328)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If the perimeter of rectangle CSAM is 56cm, AM=30cm cannot be true.
If AM=30cm, the perimeter of rectangle CSAM cannot be 56cm.
In a rectangle CSAM CS=AM and MC=SA,
so, perimeter=CS+SA+AM+MC=AM+SA+AM+SA=2AM+2SA .
