circumference: Pi*2r
Pi*10 = 31.42 One half = 31.42/2 = 15.71
Pi*2 = 6.28 One half = 6.28/2 = 3.14
Finally, we have 8*2 = 16
Add them all up:
15.71+3.14+16 = 34.85 is the length of the belt
