My dear, the area can not be 10 ft.
The area is measured in square units.
So, I will assume that the area is 10 .

1.  Having the area and the height, you can find the half of the sum of the bases.

    If the bases are "a" and "b", then  =  =  ft.


2.  Having the half of the sum of the bases, you can find the sum itself:

    a + b =  =  ft.


3.  Finally, you will find the perimeter by adding the lateral side lengths 7 and 8 ft to  ft.
