Two exterior angles of a quadrilateral measure 117 and 45. Which could be the measures of the other two exterior angles?

The sum of exterior angles of a quadrilateral is 360 degrees.

Therefore, if two of four exterior angles of a quadrilateral are given, 
then the  two remaining angles should sum up to 360 degrees with the two given angles.

With the given data, the sum of the two remaining angles should be 360 - (117 + 45) = 198 degrees.
