I will assume you mean angles and not sides since you asked about angles.
(4x-12)+ (6x-17) +(2x+5)=180
12x-24=180
x-2=15
x=17
(2x+5)=39
(4x-12)=56
(6x-17)=85
second largest angle would be 56 degrees
