MID POINT IS (10/0)/2=5 FOR THE X COORDINATE
(3/0)/2=1.5 FOR THE Y COORDINATE OR (5,1.5) IS THE MID POINT.
SLOPE=(0-3)/(10-0)=-3/10=-.3
