Answer by prabhjyot(165)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
* an x-intercept is a point in the equation where the y-value is zero, and
* y-intercept is a point in the equation where the x-value is zero.

5x-3y=30
X intercept: plug y=0,
we get 5x=30
x=6
Yintercept: plugin x=0
we get
-3y=30
y=-10
