Question 333363: how do i work this, RS=2x, ST=3x, RT=25? i had a question just like this but with a different scenario, i really need some help
Answer by nyc_function(2741) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The line segment is RT with S in the middle.
RS + ST = RT
2x + 3x = 25
5x = 25
x = 25/5
x = 5
Then RS = 2x or 2(5) = 10.
Also, ST = 3x or 3(5) = 15.
