For this type of problem, you first make the slope into a fraction. Like this

Now, the 2/1 equals the numerator on the other side, you put y - (the y). So for this problem it would be y-2.

And for the denominator (for the other fraction), you put x- (the x). Again, it would be x-3

So your equation should look like

2%2F1=%28y-2%29%2F%28x-3%29

Now you multiply the denominator (of the right side) by the left side, as shown below.
