What is the measure of the angle between the minute and the hour hands, when they show 3:05 PM?
--------
The hour hand moves 30 degs/hr from vertical, starting at noon.
At 3:05 it's 30*(3 + 5/60) = 92.5 degs
The minute hand's angle from vertical = 360/12 = 30 degs
--> 62.5 degs
========================
Same as at 3:05 AM
