If you want to know about "angels", then please consult your favorite priest, pastor, lay minister, imam, tribal shaman, or whatever you call your preferred spiritual advisor. I don't know whether, in your particular tradition, angels have complements or supplements or, if they do, how to determine what they are.
On the other hand, if you want to know about angles, read on.
The sum of the measures of supplementary angles is 180°. If you want to know the measure of the supplement of an angle, subtract the measure of the known angle from 180°.
The sum of the measures of complementary angles is 90°. If you want to know the measure of the complement of an angle, subtract the measure of the known angle from 90°.
