Assuming this is a right triangle, the the remaining two angles = 90
(4x+7) + (8x-1) = 90
combine like terms
4x + 8x + 7 - 1 = 90
12x + 6 = 90
12x = 90 - 6
12x = 84
divide both sides by 12
x = 84/12
x = 7

4(7) + 7 = 35 degrees
8(7) - 1 = 55 degrees
