Question 1009367: A line passes through point (2, 2). Find the equation
of the line if the length of the line segment
intercepted by the coordinate axes is the square root
of 5

The only line that does that passes thru the points (1,0) and (0, -2) as well.
It has a slope of two and a y-intercept of -2. Thus its equation is
y = 2x - 2
Oh wait!
There is a second line of slope 1/2 and intercept at y = 1...its equation is
y = (1/2)x + 1
