in how many ways can a batch of 5 teachers be selected out of 10 teachers
so that the eldest is included and the youngest is excluded?
Since the youngest is excluded, we only have 9 teachers to choose from, and
since we must include the eldest, we only have to choose 4 from the other 8 to
select besides the eldest.

Answer: 8 Choose 4 = 8C4 = 70 ways.
