This problem cannot be worked with the information given.  There isn't the same
number in each of the 12 categories because 12 doesn't divide into 285 a whole
number of times.  We would have to know how many of the 285 questions are in each
of the 12 categories since there cannot be the same number of questions in each of
the 12 categories.  Did you mean 288 instead of 285?  12 goes into 288 evenly but
not into 285.
