Choose the 5th letter any of the 4 ways {0,1,2,3}.
Choose the 6th letter any of the 4 ways {0,1,2,3}.
Choose the 7th letter any of the 4 ways {0,1,2,3}.
Choose the 8th letter any of the 4 ways {0,1,2,3}.
